Service excellence charter
Our service excellence charter was first introduced in 2003. It reflects our commitment to not only meet but where possible exceed the expectations of the families we serve.
An extension of the charter became everyday practice in 2007. Our 'client promise' was devised as a practical way of ensuring that the service excellence charter is meaningful and measurable.
Our client promise breaks down to encompass the funeral, floral and masonry areas of the services we provide, and covers everything from the presentation of our premises, the freshness of our flowers and quality of memorials, to the service we provide after a funeral has taken place.
In total, 32 promises supported by 138 action points were agreed and put in place. These promises set us apart from other funeral services, and ensure that the families we serve feel as important as they are.
